Hello My name is Scott Stewart I am a urban farmer, Let me tell you about myself. I am growing organic and chemical free microgreens. I decided to do this because I want to do something that I love and know how to do. From farming as a child and being a officer in the Future Farmers of America; I gained a lot of knowledge.
Now I am passing that knowledge along to my great wife and great daughters. The support they give me can not be measured. They have been there for me from my work as a firefighter, supporting me in college and with my disability. For my friends and family I am truly grateful.
We offer the very best services. We never settle for second best, and always have your satisfaction as our top priority. It’s who we are, and we are proud of it.
Who We Are
Stewart’s Microgreens LLC. grows nutrient-rich microgreens, produce and herbs. The microgreens are then sold directly to community members through direct delivery, on-farm stands and at the weekly Farmers Markets as well as Restaurants. We are also proud to introduce our new Microgreen Grow Kits. Now you can grow microgreens in the comfort of your own home as well as offering them as gifts for special occasions.
Scott StewartFounder & Chief FarmerI have been organically gardening since his youth, growing wonderful, home-grown vegetables. In 2019, I wanted to be involved in modern gardening and support the food industry through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), so I started with the local Small Business Administration office who, in turn, directed me to (SCORE). I've always wanted to use my experience growing up on a farm in western Pennsylvania, as an officer with the Future Farmers of America, and learned how to grow food organically. Additionally, I want to educate consumers about different topics related to organic gardening and health benefits. Using my knowledge and experience in growing organic food, I founded Stewart Microgreens with the help of my wife Sandra.
